I literally put these new shoes on as soon as I got home. They did not feel just right. I immediately took them off and put them back in the box. The very next day and eas told 'they are used and cannot accept them as a return or exchange.' Literally unacceptable. I advise any or all intetested patrons to avoid the Southern Park Mall location in Boardman Ohio.
